Per Bjorn-Roli was born and raised in Anchorage and is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Alaska. Per graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. Degree in Management and began his appraisal career with Kincaid & Riely LLC in 1996. He then spent several years in Seattle where he worked at Cushman & Wakefield and GVA Kidder Mathews before returning to Anchorage in 2003. Per has over twenty years of real estate appraisal, review, and consulting experience. He has obtained his MAI and is an expert commercial appraiser. The MAI designation is a prestigious designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute to those appraisers that have shown a high level of appraiser expertise through a series of coursework, exams, demonstrations, and experience hours. Only a small percentage of commercial real estate analysts achieve this designation. Per is proud to reside in Alaska where he enjoys spending time with his family doing outdoor activities, including flying, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
Theodore (Ted) Jensen, MAI
Ted Jensen has been an Alaskan resident since 1992. Ted graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 1995 with a B.A. Degree in Economics. Prior to joining Reliant in 2009, Ted did appraisal work with Kincaid & Riely LLC and the Municipality of Anchorage. Ted has an extensive background in commercial real estate appraisals. His thorough knowledge of bank and appraisal requirements ensures compliance and reliability. Ted is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Alaska and has also obtained his MAI. Only a small percentage of commercial real estate analysts achieve this professional designation. Ted enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is active in the local community, and enjoys the Alaska outdoors.
Kim Wold began his appraisal career with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough assessor’s department. He then founded his own firm, Alaska Appraisal Associates Inc. in 1978 and focused on appraising commercial, industrial, and special use properties, mainly in southeast Alaska. During this time, Kim was also associated with Hugh A. Thompson & Associates, Inc. of Washington, working on complex appraisal projects, which included seafood processing plants, pulp mills, sawmills, and bulk fuel facilities. In addition to his appraisal work, Kim has extensive experience in real estate development as well as rehabilitation and remodeling of commercial and mixed-use properties. Kim joined Reliant as a senior appraiser in 2019. He has helped to develop a proprietary valuation methodology employed in valuing large tracts of remote lands and leads Reliant’s settlement trust appraisal activities. Kim is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of Alaska. He has been active in community organizations and enjoys fishing, traveling (especially internationally), and spending time with his family and friends.
Greg Bucklin, MAI
Greg Bucklin has been a real estate appraiser since graduating from the University of Washington in 2001 with degrees in Geography as well as Community and Environmental Planning. His appraisal career began at McKee & Schalka Real Estate Appraisal in Seattle and subsequently he worked at Integra Realty Resources where he began appraising in Alaska in 2017.
Greg joined Reliant, LLC in 2019 with a focus on Southeast Alaska valuations where he helped to establish a Reliant satellite office in Juneau. He has analyzed and appraised a wide variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, land and multifamily, with a focus on remote land appraisals in recent years. Greg earned his Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation in 2012 (Member No. 441387), a designation that only a small percentage of appraisers achieve. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in the states of Alaska and Washington.

Integrated Realty Resources, Inc. was established in 2003 by Per E. Bjorn-Roli, MAI.
Ted Jensen joined the firm in 2009 and the firm became known as Reliant LLC at that time.
